Collaborator
With me as a therapist, you will get a collaborative experience in which we both bring our unique expertise to the table. You will benefit from my knowledge of psychology, healthy relationships, boundaries, and an unbiased perspective, while you bring your own expert knowledge regarding your life and history. It’s a privilege to provide a nurturing space, where people can explore their inner selves and work to heal the parts needing love. My clients can expect me to provide meaningful feedback, insightful interpretation, and when appropriate, a *gentle* truth bomb. Everybody has blind spots, and it’s my job to help you find them.

Shame Fighter
I have 11 years of experience guiding people through the mind forest of their core beliefs and identifying shame statements and limiting beliefs that they didn’t even know were there. The best parts are the lightbulb moments when people realize that they been functioning on an outdated operating system, and they actually have the power to rewrite the code. The “rules” they had been playing by all their lives can be deleted! Rewiring automatic thoughts inflicted on us by abuse or shame can be complicated, but totally achievable.

Whole Again
Trauma and grief may leave you feeling broken. Family and friends are crucial members of your support system, but they rarely can go as deep into the darkness as I can. The corner of your mind where that pain is stored can be too scary to approach alone. Let me walk with you. I’ve been there before with countless others. I know the way through to the other side, and can make you begin to feel whole again.

More About Me
When I am not working, you will most likely find me rescuing animals, spending quality time with my people, or doing a DIY home improvement project. I’m an extrovert, so I love parties, festivals and concerts. Podcasts and audiobooks are my favorite, and I will definitely follow a rabbit trail with you on this topic at any time. One day I want to retire on a beach and spend every day in the ocean or on the sand (mostly looking for sea creatures and treasures), but until then, bearing witness to people’s raw stories as they heal themselves from the inside out gives me a similarly good feeling.
“How liberating it is to pursue wholeness instead of perfection.”
